There is a one week minimum to rent all equipment. If the equipment is needed for an additional week, the charge will be half of the original payment.
Deliveries will be made 1-2 days prior to the scheduled surgical date. The rental time does not start until the day of surgery. If delivery is canceled while in route or at delivery, you are subject to a $50 fee.
